Christine Garriga had a last minute family emergency and was unable to make the call so our
information was abbreviated.
Atty. Ralph Wilson, Deputy Mayor Vinnie Loffredo, Veteran Larry Riley, Col. Phil Cacciola,
Retired, Carl Rodenhizer, Chief Real Estate Officer for Columbus House,
Tenant issues
Two tenants remain in treatment off site. Their apartments are being reserved for them. We are
still awaiting a treatment plan that would make it safe for them to return to the facility. Their
family members and the treatment provider are seeking additional resources for them.
Occupancy
Occupancy remains at 100%
Security
Security presence has been reduced from eight to six hours on the weekends. There have been
no increased problems in the residence.
Building issues
Due to asbestos in the roofing tiles pricing out the project has taken more time. The original
project did not include replacement of the tiles, just a cleaning and replacement of damaged
tiles.
