Shepherd Home Advisory Committee MINUTES October 14, 2020 5:00 Location: https://zoom.us/j/98992028463?pwd=OG9RWjhNWGF0ZGkrSEdTMXdmZWcvUT09 Christine Garriga had a last minute family emergency and was unable to make the call so our information was abbreviated. Atty. Ralph Wilson, Deputy Mayor Vinnie Loffredo, Veteran Larry Riley, Col. Phil Cacciola, Retired, Carl Rodenhizer, Chief Real Estate Officer for Columbus House, Tenant issues Two tenants remain in treatment off site. Their apartments are being reserved for them. We are still awaiting a treatment plan that would make it safe for them to return to the facility. Their family members and the treatment provider are seeking additional resources for them. Occupancy Occupancy remains at 100% Security Security presence has been reduced from eight to six hours on the weekends. There have been no increased problems in the residence. Building issues Due to asbestos in the roofing tiles pricing out the project has taken more time. The original project did not include replacement of the tiles, just a cleaning and replacement of damaged tiles. Next meeting, November 11, 2020 Submitted by, Carl Rodenhizer
