Shepherd Home Advisory Committee MINUTES January 13, 2021 5:00 Those present: Atty. Ralph Wilson; Deputy Mayor Vinnie Loffredo; Veteran Larry Riley; Atty. Seb Giuliano; Col. Phil Cacciola, Retired; Carl Rodenhizer, Columbus House; Christine Garriga, Property Manager, DeMarco. Minutes Approved for previous meetings. Tenant issues Reports have improved with reportable issues with tenants. There are still some tenants that plans are not renew their leases due to nuisance issues’ Occupancy Occupancy remains at 100%. There is still one tenant at Waters Edge who does not plan on returning, but he has not returned his keys. Security Security is currently removed from the building. Building issues We have had additional consultants visiting the roof for recommendations. We have quotes for repair, Next meeting, February 10, 2021 Submitted by, Carl Rodenhizer
