Simonian, Executive Director Engineering Commi ttee June 19, 2018 Meeting Minutes The Engineering Committee met Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at The District Offices at 245 Main Street, Cromwell, Connecticut. Chairman John Dunham called the meeting to order at 5 :33 PM. In addition to the Chair, present were Committee Members - Bonnie Anderson , David Bauer and Robert Argazzi. There was a quorum. Also present were Art Simonian - Executive Director, Michelle Ryan - District Engineer and representative Jim Daylor from Ameresco for our present project . Committee Members Tom Serra and Paul Catanzaro were absent. Following is a summary of the June 19th Engineering Meeting: 1) Energy Performance Project – Ameresco presented a project update and discussed in detail, the fuel cell option. Mr. Bauer moved, Mrs. Anderson seconded, and the committee approved unanimously: MOTION: The Engineering Committee recommends authorizing the Executive Director to sign a suret y bond letter to the Board of Directors. 2) Related Business and Staff Updates – None discussed. Adjournment: Mr. Bauer moved and the committee approved unanimously to adjourn at 6: 20 PM.
