Al provided a write up describing the odors he has experienced as well as a map of where is home is located in proximity to the District. MINUTES OF Monday, December 19, 2022 Roll Call of Members The monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of The Mattabassett District was held on Monday, December 19, 2022 in the Administration Building. Chairman John Dunham called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. A roll call was taken and a quorum was present. Present from the Town of Cromwell were Directors Doug Sienna, Bonnie Anderson and Joseph Corlis. Present from the Town of Berlin were Directors Jim Fallon and Liam Mitchell. Present from the City of Middletown were Directors David Bauer, Dale Aldieri, Gerry Daley and Joe Samolis. Present from the City of New Britain were Directors Mary Marrocco, Don Naples and Daniel Salerno. Also present were Arthur Simonian – Executive Director and remotely present was Edward T. Lynch Jr. – District Counsel. City of New Britain Directors Rick Healey and Tonilynn Collins were absent. Approval of November 21, 2022 Minutes MOTION: Mr. Sienna moved to approve the minutes of November 21, 2022. Mrs. Marrocco seconded the motion. Discussion RESOLVED: The motion was approved unanimously. Treasurer's Report MOTION: Mr. Sienna moved to accept the Treasurer’s Report as presented. Mrs. Marrocco seconded the motion. Discussion RESOLVED: The motion was approved unanimously Budget Statement MOTION: Mr. Sienna moved to accept the Budget Statement as presented. Mrs. Marrocco seconded the motion.
