1. Call to Order: Acting Chair Councilman Loffredo called the meeting to order at 6:00PM
2. Public Comment: Acting Chair Councilman Loffredo opened public comment at 6:01PM

was no public comment
3. Approval of the minutes from the March 16th, 2023 Regular Meeting
a. Motion to approve items 3, 4 and 5 at collectively: David Bauer
i. Seconded by Farah Scala
ii. Discussion: none
iii. Vote: Unanimously voted to approve the motion to approve items 3, 4 and
5 on the agenda
4. Approval of the minutes from the March 28th, 2023 Special Meeting
a. Motion to approve items 3, 4 and 5 at collectively: David Bauer
i. Seconded by Farah Scala

6. Approval of the time card of the committee secretary

7. Approval of the payment to Silver Petrucelli for the administrative work completed on
the Wilbert Snow School Roof Project invoices totaling $28,580.38 from 2021:
a. 21-2103 for $2,310.00
b. 21-2037 for $1,245.00
c. 21-2727 for $10,745.38
d. 21-1477 for $830.00
e. 21-1269 for $10,660.00
f. 21-1190 for $2,790.00
i. Motion to approve for the payment to Silver Petrucelli for the

iv. Discussion:
1. Councilman Loffredo asked for clarification on the invoices from
the Board of Education staff and from Silver Petrucelli
a. Christopher Puorro, Purchasing agent and Paul Jorgensen
from Silver Petrucelli provided explanations on the work
that was completed by Silver Petrucelli on the Snow Roof
designs and the reason for the invoices
v. Vote: Unanimously approved all invoices
8. Update and Discussion on the Farm Hill Roof Building Project:

a. Paul Jorgensen provided an update on the Farm Hill project as it relates to the P/V
Panels, the application process and the need for the committee to move forward
i. Panelist discussion on the importance of moving this application forward
due to the time restraint of when the Farm Hill Roof was completed. The
P/V application must be in by the time the one year mark hits since the
roof was installed
9. Discussion on the Snow Roof Project:
a. Paul Jorgensen provided an update on the work that has been done from an
administrative perspective. Provided insight to the committee on next steps as it
relates to the application process and combining the roof and P/V projects
10. Discussion on the MHS Turf and Track Project:
a. Kevin Fuselier SLR Consulting provided details on the studies completed and
relayed more information on next steps would be provided to the committee for
the next meeting
11. Future Business:
a. Request for the Director of Grants and Director of Facilities to provide an update
on the Snow School Roof Grant application
