Call to Order a. Councilwoman Carta called the meeting to order at 5:32PM 2. Adoption of the Agenda: a. Motion to adopt the agenda i. Motion: Councilman Loffredo ii. Second: Councilman Gennaro iii. Discussion and Review of the minutes from the June 15th, 2023 Regular Meeting a. Motion to adopt the agenda i. Motion: Councilman Loffredo ii. Second: Councilman Gennaro iii. Call to vote: 1. Unanimously voted to approve the meeting minutes  July 30th, 2023 Page 2 5. Discussion and Review of the time card of the committee secretary from 6/15/2023- 7/20/2023 a. Motion to adopt the agenda i. Motion: Councilman Loffredo ii. Second: Councilman Gennaro iii. Call to vote: 1. Unanimously voted to approve the time card 6. Update and Discussion on the Farm Hill Roof Building Project a. Paul Jorgensen from Silver Petrucelli provided an update: i. Farm Hill grant application filed on July 10th with the state. ii. Electrical engineer working on P/V design for project iii. Once the grant is committed, next steps are to meet with the state 7. Update and Discussion on the Snow School Roof Building Project a. Paul Jorgensen from Silver Petrucelli provided an update: i. Grant application anticipated to be filed in August for the combined Roof and P/V project ii. Expected to be able to prepare bid documents in September or October 8. Update and Discussion with SLR Environmental Consulting on the MHS Turf and Track Project a. Kevin Fuselier from SLR Consulting provided an update: i. Bid documents about 75% completed ii. Goal of completion in Fall of 2024 once put out to bid and grant iii. Bid documents to be reviewed by committee in September 9. Discussion and Review Invoices from Silver, Petrucelli and Associates: a. Invoice 23-606 for $7,000.00 for work done on the Snow Roof Project dated 06/01/2023 i. Motion to adopt the agenda 1. Motion: Councilman Loffredo 2. Second: Councilman Gennaro 3. Call to vote: a.
