Call to Order a. Acting Chair Councilman Loffredo called the meeting to order at 5:42PM b. Councilman Loffredo called for attendance roll call 2. Public Comment: a. Councilman Loffredo opened public comment at 5:44PM b. No public Comment c. Councilman Loffredo closed public comment at 5:44PM 3. Discussion and Review of the minutes from the September 21st, 2023 Regular Meeting a. Motion to approve the minutes i. Motion: Councilman Loffredo ii. Second: Councilman Gennaro iii. Call to Vote: 1. Unanimously voted to approve the minutes 4. Discussion and Review of the time card of the committee secretary from 9/21/2023- 11/1/2023 5. Motion to approve the time card of the secretary a. Motion: Councilman Loffredo  November 18th , 2023 Page 2 b. Second: Councilman Gennaro c. Call to Vote: i. Unanimously voted to approve the time card of the secretary 6. Update and Discussion on the Farm Hill Roof Building Project a. Paul Jorgensen provided an update on the final application for payment from Young Developers on additional work completed including punch list items i. Recommendation to the committee to begin the work of project completion ii. P/V information sent to the Grants Director b. Kevin Dion verified the work has been completed. Complimented the contractor on the quality of work and was in agreement that the project could start the completion phase. c. Christopher Puorro relayed information that there were some corrections that were to be made before submitting the updated grant i. One item included the BOE meeting minutes needed to be adjusted to include vote count. ii. Special Board Meeting scheduled to approve the updated meeting minutes. d. Councilman Loffredo requested information on the accounts status regarding the closing of the project from the BOE. 7. Review and Discussion of the final application for payment from Young Developers, LLC for $43,944.84 a. Motion: Councilman Loffredo b. Second: Councilman Gennaro c. Call to Vote: i. Unanimously voted to approve the invoice for the final application payment for Young Developers LLC. 8. Update and Discussion on the Snow School Roof Building Project a. Paul Jorgensen: The final information is prepared to submit the grant application in early November. b. Councilman Loffredo confirmed that the grant application should be submitted only for the roof. The P/V panels will be handled at another time. 9. Update and Discussion with SLR Environmental Consulting on the MHS Turf and Track Project a. Kevin F: Six (6) bids were submitted and information provided to the committee. i. Recommendation from SLR for the committee to consider the H.I. Stone and Son for the project as the lowest bidder for $1,191,000.00 ii. Councilman Loffredo requested that the BOE take on the goal post and lighting projects out of their budgets as these projects were not under the charge of the committee.  November 18th , 2023 Page 3 10. Review and discussion of invoice 000000191203 from SLR Consulting for $11,000.00 for Phase I work including site investigations, surveying, design documents and bidding process a. Motion to approve the payment of the invoice: b. Motion: Richard Pelletier c. Second: Councilman Gennaro d. Call to Vote: i. Unanimously voted to approve the the payment of the invoice to SLR Consulting Meeting officially adjourned at 6:07 PM upon the exit of David Bauer which eliminated the quorum status of the meeting
