Rosa, Payment Application #10: $53,646.98 (see attached). Approved b) Change order for $348 for refrigerator outlet. Approved c) A second payment order was reviewed and approved. 6) Staff Updates: Chris Holden gave the staff update. No issues or concerns. He is coordinating with Eversource on electrical service. Internet and phone connection was discussed. Ron Organek and Chris will work with Comcast on installation. 7) Construction Updates: JA Rosa work is on schedule. City is digging the trench and laying conduit for electrical service and pipe for water. City work is dependent on weather. Connection of electric service is being coordinated with Eversource. 8) Old Business: None 9) New Business a) Fire Marshall Asked About fire alarm system. The city Fire Marshall recommended that sprinklers be connected to the city dispatcher. There would be a cost involved for equipment/switches.
