Motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously. 4) Financial Report 5) Bills/Invoices A motion to add invoice from Custom Carpets for the amount of $12,025.00 to the agenda was made by Ron McClellan and seconded by Ron Organek. The motion to add to agenda passed unanimously. Ron Organek made the motion to pay the invoice, Ken McClellan seconded the motion. The motion to make payment passed unanimously. 6) Staff Updates: 7) Construction Updates: A C.O. is expected to be issued by the end of the week. Within 2-3 weeks sidewalks will be installed. 8) Old Business 9) New Business An Eversource utility bill for use from 5/1-5/29 that is due 6/29 came before the committee. There was some debate and discussion as to whether J.A. Rosa would be responsible for making payment since they have been working on the building and a C.O. has not been issued to the museum committee (separate from the building committee). Ken McClellan made a motion that the building committee pay a portion of the bill for the hook-up of the utilities, totalling $44. Ron Organek made the second and it passed 4-1, with one vote in opposition (Phil Cacciola). A request for J.A. Rosa to pay the balance, $878.22 will be made. 10) Adjournment A motion to adjourn was made by Phil Cacciola and seconded by Larry Riley. The motion to adjourn passed unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 10:15AM.
