Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 11:04am. 2. New Business a. Identify and discuss potential new by-laws or revisions to the existing by-laws The committee discussed how to incorporate provisions for ADA accommodations in the bylaws. Articles I- VII of the existing by-laws were reviewed. 3. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 12:27pm.
