Present: Commissioners Stephen Devoto, Nicholas Fazzino, Thom Pattavina, Richard Pelletier, Catherine Johnson, and James O'Connell Absent: Commissioner Tyrell Brown, Marcus Fazzino, Shanay Fulton, and Kellin Atherton Staff: Marek Kozikowski, City Planner Joe Samolis, PCD Director Susan Nesco, Administrative Assistant 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 2:06pm. 2. Staff Update Staff presented a summary of the Governor’s Executive Order # 7I issued on March 21, 2020 as they relate to land use applications. 3. Test of video testing technology Staff and Commission tested the Webex technology to hold a virtual meeting to conduct Commission business. 4. Discussion Staff and the Commission discussed a timeline to determine if the scheduled April 22, 2020 meeting will be canceled or be held as a virtual meeting. 5. Adjournment Commissioner N. Fazzino made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Pelletier and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 2:54pm.
