The site is being monitored several times a week by staff and noticed significant progress in the restoration of the site. They submitted an updated as-built grading plan and have made significant progress in restoring the grades. 7. New Business 1) Request for an affirmative G.S. 8-24 report for a lease agreement on a new cell tower to be constructed at 499 Mile Lane. Minutes of the July 28, 2021 Regular Meeting Commissioner Nicholas Fazzino moves for approval of the minutes of the July 28, 2021 regular meeting. Commissioner Thom Pattavina seconds the motion. The chair calls for the vote. It is unanimous to approve with 7 aye votes. The chair states the matter passes unanimously with 6 affirmative votes and Commissioner James O’Connell abstaining. b. River-Cog Report No report. c. Staff Reports Marek invited all the Commissioners to stop by the new Land Use Office on the first floor of City Hall. e. Commission Affairs Commissioner Johnson wants to ensure that Commissioners are provided meeting materials with sufficient time to review. The Commission confirmed that the August 25 regularly scheduled meeting will be canceled. 10.
