Desena – Middletown Police Department Eric Larson – Hunter’s Ambulance Don Gouin – Portland Emergency Management Director Lori Ruffino – Recording Secretary Public Present None CALL TO ORDER Chairman Andrew called the meeting to order at 10:59 a.m. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Commissioner Darling made a motion to accept the minutes as presented and all voted in favor.  February 3, 2020 minutes PUBLIC HEARING o None CORRESPONDENCE o None MONTHLY REPORT o Director Bartolotta gave the monthly report: o Call statistics sheet was handed out for January: o Nothing unusual to report – relatively normal o EMD report for December was 95.37% o Radio Project update: o Currently working with the state – this will give connectivity with the state infrastructure & testing should begin by the end of February, beginning of March o Started live with the system in November, January 1st system acceptance portion was done, and warranty period starts this January for the system o Hospital coverage was discussed and a talk group will be set up for internal testing o High School is all good as reported by Director Bartolotta o Staffing: o Currently at 19 with two openings o Posted for one internally & there are a couple of applicants to go through the process with H.R. – if those do not qualify will post outside o Overtime: o Slightly higher than budgeted but lower than previous years  February 3, 2020 minutes OLD BUSINESS o None NEW BUSINESS o Chairman Andrew thanked Commissioner Dave Darling for his time on the committee as this meeting will be his last. Commissioner Darling thanked everyone for treating him well.
