January minutes approved – motion made Councilwoman Blackwell, seconded by

Building Updates
Selected vendor to do the work on the building – Gilberto and Sons. Will
begin when the temperatures are above freezing.
Senior Dept
Major focus is on vaccinations.
Recreation Dept
Preparing for camp season already.
NEW BUSINESS:
Conducted Sports Grants Interviews via WebEx asking league representatives about how COVID impacted their
league, their funding and what they anticipate moving forward.
