Meeting called to order at 5:35 p.m. by Chair Gerald Daley.
1. Public Comment – None
2. Update on Meetings with DECD and DEEP regarding Bid Specifications
No new updates, waiting on meeting with DEEP and DECD
3. Proposal for DiBattisto Associates
Proposal from DiBattisto Associates was handed out. Some discussion about the two
proposed schemes with a possible third scheme.
Motion by Jen Alexander to allocate funds up to $21,000 for at least two schematic
designs from either EDC or appropriation from the council. Seconded by Angela Wong,
Unanimous.
4. Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 p.m. by Wendy Sheil and Angela Wong
