Attendees: Ramona Burkey, Mary Dattilo, Jennifer Hadley, Eamonn Wisneski, Tisha Zawisky Absent: Taneisha Duggan I. Discussed Aspen guide and ALA Harwood guide. 11. Next steps/timeline -Agreed to use a hybrid of the two guides noted above -Ramona will create a timeline with benchmarks in Google Docs -Concern about timing, June 2019 may be too ambitious -Ramona mentioned grant process for CT State Library funding for strategic planning purposes - rolling basis, every 2 months; $5,000 max -Board retreat on January 12th will offer opportunity to have a fuller discussion: vision, value statement, mission statement - Mike Bums of BWB will facilitate -Ramona will poll the group to set-up the next meeting Meeting adjourned by 6:30 pin RIap::::!It'/rf Tisha Zawisky
