Library/City Hall Feasibility Study Committee Minutes Thursday March 2, 2023 Members Present: Absent: Faraneh Carnegie-Hargreaves Anthony Mangiafico Steve Nelson Phil Pessina Sandra Russo-Driska Joe Samolis Eamonn Wisneski Ramona Burkey Mayor Benjamin Florsheim (Ex Officio) Members of the Public: Howard Weissberg, Dep. Director Public Works Call to Order Meeting called to order at 5:05 PM by Ramona Burkey (Staff, Ex Officio) Public Comment on Agenda None at this time- Howard will present information later in meeting Unfinished Business None at this time New Business Election of Officers  Motion to elect Anthony Mangiafico and Phil Pessina as co-chairs made by Joe Samolis  2nd by Phil Pessina  All in favor  Motion to elect Sandra Russo-Driska as Notetaker made by Phil Pessina  2nd by Anthony Mangiafico  All in Favor Future Meetings  Motion made by Joe Samolis to hold future meetings the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5pm with locations to be determined by the committee  2nd made by Sandra  All in favor Next Meeting to be held April 12th.  Feasibility Minutes Pg. 2 Discussions continued regarding charge of the commission, deadlines, and hiring of consultants. Howard Weissberg presented the needs and requirements for the municipal building/City Hall. Joe Samolis recommended that the committee direct the Mayor along with the Finance Director to confer with consultants used for the Library and if appropriate go forward with contracting them for City Hall. All in agreement. A special meeting to meet with consultant was discussed.
