To: Ashley Flynn-Natale, City & Town Clerk From: Sheila Daniels, Secretary, Middletown School Readiness Council Re: May School Readiness Council Meeting Date Change Date: April 29, 2021 This is to inform you that the regularly scheduled May 19, 2021 meeting of the Middletown School Readiness Council needs to be cancelled and rescheduled. The Council needs to meet earlier in the month to vote on the School Readiness Grant allocation proposal before it goes to the State for their review and approval. The grant proposal is due to the State prior to the May 19th meeting date. The new date and time will be Wednesday, May 5th beginning at 1:30 P.M. and running until 3:00 P.M. I will get back to you with the time and agenda as soon as they are both finalized. Thank you.
