Call to Order a. Councilwoman Carta called the meeting to order at 5:31PM 2. Discussion and Review of the minutes from the July 20th, 2023 Regular Meeting a. Comment from Mr. Bauer: need a minor correction to the last minutes with a couple of typos b. Motion to accept the minutes with the adjustments: i. Motion: David Bauer ii. Second: Councilman Gennaro iii. Discussion: None iv. Call to vote: Unanimously voted to accept the minutes with the corrections 3. Discussion and Review of the time card of the committee secretary from 7/20/2023-8/22/2023 a. Motion to approve the time card of the Committee secretary i. Motion: Councilman Gennaro ii. Second: David Bauer iii. Discussion: Councilman Loffredo requested a financial total of the payments to the committee secretary to be included on future time cards  August , 2023 Page 2 iv. Call to vote: Unanimously voted to accept the committee secretary time card 4. Update and Discussion on the Farm Hill Roof Building Project a. Review of P/V Schematic Drawings i. Michael Chambers, Silver Petrucelli, provided information on the P/V schematic drawings and some of the needs for the city to do some additional tree clearing. b. DAS Review of Application for FH i. Michael Chambers provided comments on the adjustments needed from the Department of Administrative Services review and comments on the initial Farm Hill P/V application. ii. The Board of Education will re-submit the application in September 5. Update and Discussion on the Snow School Roof Building Project a. Review of P/V Schematic Drawings i. Michael Chambers provided a review of all schematic drawings for Snow School in anticipation of the grant application being submitted to the state for review. 6. Discussion and Review Invoices from Silver, Petrucelli and Associates: a. Invoice number 23-918 for $1,400 for the schematic P/V panel drawings and bid documents for Snow School on August 1st, 2023 i. Motion to approve the payment for the invoice 23-918: 1. Invoice number 23-919 for $1,650.00 for the schematic P/V Panel Drawings and bid documents for Farm Hill on August 1st, 2023 i. Motion to approve the payment for the invoice 23-919: 1. Update and Discussion with SLR Environmental Consulting on the MHS Turf and Track Project a. Kevin Fuselier provided an update on the prospective bid documents for the committee to have finalized and reviewed b. Councilman Loffredo made a motion to approve the bid documents subject to edits from the Board of Education and a final review by the committee  August , 2023 Page 3 i. Second: David Bauer ii.
