Walter C. Jones Fund Meeting Minutes April 24, 2020 10:00 a.m. I Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:11 a.m. by Rev. Moses Harvill. II Attendance: In Attendance: Rev. Moses Harvill, Rev. Ethel Graham, and Rev. Julia Burkey Excused Absence: Staff: Faith M. Jackson, Director of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management Quorum: Yes: X No: III Approval of Minutes: Rev. Ethel Graham motioned to approve the Meeting Minutes from February 27, 2020. Rev. Julia Burkey seconded. The motion was properly carried. IV Old Business: The committee discussed the closed applications from February. V New Business: There was general discussion and review of regular paperwork. The committee reviewed and discussed March and April Walter C. Jones Fund application submission. In addition, the committee then reviewed and discussed the activity and inquiries for March and April. There was no other business for discussion by the committee. VII Announcements: The next regularly scheduled meeting will be May 28, 2020.
