Proposed variance with regard to Section 12.02 to vary the fencing height requirement of two and one-half feet to six feet to accommodate security fencing for a solar array at Xavier High School on Randolph and Paddock Roads. Applicant/agent Xavier High School Corporation of Middletown ZBA2018-4 Dan Sezowski, Business Manager at the Xavier High School represented the application and gave a brief description of the project. Jonathan Pulino moves to close the public hearing.
