REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MIDDLETOWN CONNECTICUT DECEMBER 3, 2020 1. CALL TO ORDER Gary Middleton called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. 2. ROLL CALL Present Gary Middleton Jonathan Pulino Steven Kovach Dina Ford Kevin Brignole Nick Ficaro (not seated) 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – November 5, 2020 Regular Meeting Minutes Jon Pulino made a motion to approve the minutes of November 5, 2020. Kevin Brignole seconded the motion. The Chair called for the vote. Motion passed unanimously. 4. OLD BUSINESS None 5. NEW BUSINESS 1. Request for a favorable G.S. 14-54 Review for location approval for a General Repairer and Sales of Used Cars at 169 Main Street Extension. Applicant/agent 159 Main Street Extension LLC Krys Santora, owner of 169 Main Street Extension. She explained that the previous owner had been doing general repair and used car sales. Since it will be the same use and none of the Board Members had any questions, the Chair asked for a vote. Dina Ford motioned to close the public hearing and Kevin Brignole seconds the motion. All in favor. A motion for approval was made by Steven Kovach and seconded by Dina Ford. There was no discussion. The Chair called for the vote. Motion passed unanimously. 6. PUBLIC HEARING None 7. ADJOURNMENT Jon Pulino moved to adjourn at 5:38 PM, seconded by Dina Ford. Motion approved unanimously Respectfully submitted Ron Baia Zoning and Wetlands Enforcement Officer
