The meeting was held virtually. Members of the public had access via https://webex.com, the WebEx application, and via telephone. 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 5:46 pm. 2. Roll Call Present: Steven Kovach Jonathan Pulino Kevin Brignole (Seated) Nicholas Ficaro (Seated) Absent: Gary Middleton Dina Ford Linda Reil Staff: Marek Kozikowski, Director of Land Use Ronald Baia, Zoning/Blight Enforcement Officer Public: Two members of the public logged into the meeting. 3. Approval of Minutes – May 6, 2021 Motion to approve the minutes of the May 6th meeting Moved by Pulino, seconded by Brignole Voting in favor: Kovach, Pulino, Brignole, Ficaro Passed 4-0 4. Old Business None. 5. New Business None. 6. Public Hearing 1. Request for a variance of Section 12.04 to locate a “tiny home” trailer containing a housekeeping unit on property located at 1200 Washington Street. Applicant/agent Herbert L. Camp V2021-8 Page 1 of 2 Robyne Camp, owner presented the variance request for an additional temporary dwelling unit on the property. The dwelling unit will be on a trailer that will be parked adjacent to the existing driveway and located centrally on the 200+ acre property. The purpose is to have a caretaker living on the property. The intent is for the trailer to be located on the property for a few years and will be removed. James Demorro, 115 Camp Street, inquired about the location of where the trailer will be parked. Mrs. Camp noted it will in the woods far up the driveway and will not be visible from any neighbors. Motion to close the public hearing Moved by Brignole, seconded by Pulino Voting in favor: Kovach, Pulino, Brignole, Ficaro Passed 4-0 Motion to approve the variance Moved by Brignole, seconded by Pulino Voting in favor: Kovach, Pulino, Brignole, Ficaro Passed 4-0 K. Brignole supported the proposal. S. Kovach supported the proposal noting that the impact on the neighborhood is nonexistent and the size of the property is appropriate for this proposal. 7.
