Special Bond Election / Authorizing Resolution (City Attorney – Approximately 30 minutes) – Discuss and possibly decide a dollar amount for the bond and to approve the preparation of an authorizing resolution, for a special bond election, related to the burial of the proposed transmission line along 970 South, Stringtown Road, and Wards Lane. 4.
