The Market at Midway / Conditional Use Permit to Dispense Alcohol (Mike Holm, CJM Limited Liability Partnership – Approximately 10 minutes) – Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a conditional use permit, to dispense alcohol, for Page 1 of 2  The Market at Midway (formerly Ridley’s Family Market) located at 42 West Main Street (Zoning is C-3). Public Hearing 7. Market Express / Conditional Use Permit to Dispense Alcohol (Mike Holm, CJM Limited Liability Partnership – Approximately 10 minutes) – Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve a conditional use permit, to dispense alcohol, for the Market Express (formerly Ridley’s Express) located at 51 West Main Street (Zoning is C-2). Public Hearing 8. 2023 General Election / Canvass Ballots (City Recorder – Approximately 10 minutes) – Canvass the Ballots for the 2023 Municipal General Election. 9.
