Landscaping / Award Contract (Shane Owens – Approximately 10 minutes) – Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or award a contract for the landscaping of Midway City’s parts, cemetery, certain landscaping strips, and other areas. 8. Resolution 2024-07 / Southill PUD Master Plan Second Amendment (Dan Luster – Approximately 20 minutes) – Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve Resolution 2024-07 adopting a second amendment to the master plan agreement for the Southill PUD located at 541 East Main Street. Resolution 2024-04 / Ameyalli Resort Master Plan Agreement Amendment (Midway Mtn Spa LLC – Approximately 30 minutes) – Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or approve Resolution 2024-04 adopting an amended master plan agreement for the Ameyalli Resort located at 800 North 200 East (Zoning is RZ).
