Midway City VAC Meeting August 7, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City VAC will hold a special meeting at 9:00 A.M., August 7, 2024, at the Midway City Office Building 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah 9:00 A.M. Regular Meeting Regular Business 1. Review and possible approval of the minutes from the June 26, 2024, meeting. 2. The Dainty Pair Company Sign Review and possible approval. 3. Midway City is proposing a code text amendment that would amend the sign code in the Midway Municipal Code. The proposed changes would update and clarify provisions in Section 16.21 of the Midway Land Use Code regarding signage, design guidelines, standards and regulations in all commercial, resort, and residential zones. Review and discussion of proposed ordinance. Possible recommendation to City Council. 4. Adjournment
