Work Meeting Schedule and Structure- Propose dates for work meetings and bi-annual strategic planning meeting. Propose work meeting topics. Department reports to be given at work meetings. d. Organizational Structure-Discuss the City’s organizational structure, team concept, and Midway C.A.R.E.S e. Midway Vision 2027 and beyond- Discuss each council member’s vision for Midway f. City Calendar and 2026 Events- Discuss the calendar for 2026 meetings, city, and special events (Camille Palmer) 3. Budget (10:15am-11:45am) a. Mid-year review of FY 2026 Budget (Nancy Simons) b. FY 2026 Budget Amendment-Review a budget amendment to the FY 2026 Budget (Nancy Simons) c. FY 2027 Budget Preparation-Reminder for council members to meet with their assigned department leads to prepare for the FY 2027 Budget and schedule the first budget council meeting date (Nancy Simons) 4.
