Village of Millbrook Board of Trustees Wednesday, 06/28/2023 - 6 PM Village Hall, 35 Merritt Ave, Millbrook NY,12545 1. Roll Call: Mayor Collopy, Trustee Contino, Trustee Herzog, Trustee Murphy, Attorney MacDonald, and Clerk Witt Absent: Deputy Mayor Doro 2. Open meeting – 6:00 PM with Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Stanford Bridge Replacement: Mayor Collopy briefly recapped the Stanford Bridge Replacement project. Dutchess County is doing the replacement, but they need easements and a few properties donated to them to do the project. Attorney MacDonald explained the Village donating property to Dutchess County is not considered a gift of public funds because the improvements that will be made by the County would be for public use. He also said that the SEQR would be considered an unlisted action as the County is replacing the bridge in-kind and will have no long-term environmental impact. Xcel Energy Stock: The company holding the stock required further documentation to close and cash out the stock. The Board approved Corporate Resolution 2023-002 (attached)- allowing Mayor Collopy to act on behalf of the Village and sign documents. Clerk Witt certified the resolution and will resubmit.
