Village of Millbrook Board of Trustees Wednesday, 04/16/2024 – 6:00 PM Special Meeting- Executive Session- Police Chief Interviews 1&2 Village Hall, 35 Merritt Ave, Millbrook NY,12545 1. Roll Call: Mayor Collopy, Trustee Contino, Trustee Herzog, and Trustee Murphy Absent: Deputy Mayor Doro 2. Open meeting – 6:00 PM with Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. 3. Executive Session Topic: Police Chief Interviews 1&2- Motion made by Mayor Collopy to enter into executive session at 6:00PM to start one of two candidate interviews (second interview at 7:00PM), seconded by Trustee Herzog and all were in favor. Motion by Mayor Collopy to exit executive session, seconded by Trustee Contino and all were in favor. No motions or decisions made during or after executive session. 4. Next board meeting: Executive Session- Police Chief Interviews (3&4)- 6:00PM at Village Hall 5. Adjournment: Motion to adjourn at 7:15 PM was made by Mayor Collopy, seconded by Trustee Murphy and all were in favor.
