Village of Millbrook Climate Smart Community Meeting Minutes June 10, 2025 Members present: Mike Herzog, Genevieve Glasson, Shannon La Deau, Eldar Shumanov, Peter Groffman, Shannon Mawson, Tim Collopy —— Bronze Status Update After evaluation by the NY State DEC Review Board, the Village of Millbrook received approval for 108 points of submitted pledge elements. That number is 12 points shy of what is necessary for Bronze Status eligibility. Six of the seven unapproved pledge elements will be resubmitted for review after revisions are done by Task Force Members. One new pledge element may be added if time allows. Volunteers agreed to work on specific pledge elements and forward their changes to Mike Herzog and Tim Collopy for transfer to our new application by June 1st. The new application will be forwarded to all Task Force Members for final approval before being submitted to the NY State DEC for consideration. —— Next meeting Our next meeting date will be determined after Sept. 5th when the Village will be notified if our new application was approved. —— Adjournment Motion made by Mike Herzog to adjourn and seconded by Eldar Shumanov.
