CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Silvestrini called the meeting to order at 5:36 PM. 2. OTHER MATTERS: The purpose of this meeting is to conduct interview(s) for the position of City Manager / Administrator. MOTION by Councilmember Catten to close the session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonable imminent litigation, or the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by Utah Code Annotated §52-4-205, seconded by Councilmember Marchant. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote with members voting as follows: Councilmember Uipi – Aye Councilmember Catten – Aye Mayor Silvestrini – Aye Councilmember Jackson – Aye Councilmember Marchant – Aye The meeting was closed to the public at 5:36 PM. The meeting was reopened at 8:10 PM. 3. Adjournment Motion to adjourn was made at 8:10 PM by Councilmember Uipi, seconded by Councilmember Catten. Motion passed unanimously.
