MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MILLCREEK COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, A NONPROFIT CORPORATION The Board met in a public meeting on July 10, 2023, at Millcreek City Hall, located at 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, UT 84106. The meeting commenced at 7:47 p.m. The Directors participating in the meeting were the following, being all the persons named in the Articles of Incorporation as the initial Directors of this corporation: Jeff Silvestrini Silvia Catten (excused) Thom DeSirant Cheri Jackson Bev Uipi (electronic) 1. Discussion and Consideration of Approval of Paver Management Agreement with Mfflcreek Mike Winder, Millcreek City Manager, said the Millcreek City Council approved a paver management agreement with the Millcreek Coinmunity Foundation to use pavers on Millcreek Common as a fundraising event. The pavers could be engraved with names and messages for $150 in exchange for the Millcreek Coinmunity Foundation using the proceeds for a public art piece and donating it back to the city. The Board found that it was appropriate to approve the Pavement Management Agreement in the form presented to the Board. Board Member Jackson moved that the Foundation Chair, Jeff Silvestrini, sign the agreement to approve the paver management program. Board Member DeSirant seconded. Chair Silvestrini called for the vote. Board Member DeSirant voted yes, Board Member Jackson voted yes, Board Member Uipi voted yes, and Chair Silvestrini voted yes. The motion passed unanimously Board Member DeSirant moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Board Member Jackson seconded. Chair Silvestrini called for the vote. Board Member DeSirant voted yes, Board Member Jackson voted yes, Board Member Uipi voted yes, and Chair Silvestrini voted yes.
