Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R226-2013 ( 5) Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the TY2013 Budget which is now available as revenue from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program in the amount of $31,549.00 Motion- Second- Resolution No. R227-2013 ( 6) Resolution authorizing Special Assessment of Municipal Liens for 45 properties due to expenses in the amount of $7,672.00 incurred by the City of Millville and Administrative Fees in the amount of $100.00 each relating to Cut & Clean and Board & Secure in accordance with Chapter 11, Article VI of the Municipal Code: Cut & Clean 24 Properties Board & Secure 21 Properties Motion- Second- Page 3 of 7 Resolutions Resolution No. R228-2011 ( 7) Resolution appointing School Crossing Guards for the 2013-2014 School Year Motion- Second- Resolution No. R229-2013 ( 8) Resolution authorizing Shared Services Agreement with the Millville Housing Authority (through Holly City Development Corporation, a subsidiary corporation of the Millville Housing Authority) for the purpose of securing services of Sylvia Stites as Senior Program Director at the Senior Center in the amount of $19,500.00, located on South Second Street for the period covering July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2014 Motion- Second- (Certification of funds) Resolution No. R230-2013 ( 9) Resolution authorizing Tax Foreclosure List held by the City to be foreclosed by summary proceedings IN REM as described by N.J.S.A. 54:5-104.29 to 54:5-104.71 as amended and pursuant to the Rules of Civil Practice of the Superior Court of New Jersey Motion- Second- Resolution No. R231-2013 (10) Resolution authorizing public auction of vehicles and equipment no longer needed for public use to be held on November 7, 2013 at 10:00a.m., Police Impound Lot, Brandriff and Columbia Avenues Motion- Second- Resolution No. R232-2013 (11) Resolution authorizing Water/Sewer Termination on September 30, 2013 due to payment default pursuant to Section 56-18 of the Municipal Code Motion- Second- Page 4 of 7 Resolutions Resolution No. R233-2013 (12) Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the TY2013 Budget which is now available as revenue from the New Jersey Office of Highway Traffic Safety Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over in the amount of $4,400.00 Motion- Second- New Business ( 1) Motion to authorize the City Clerk to advertise an amendment to the Millville City Commission Annual Meeting Notice adding Monday, December 30, 2013, 12:00 Noon, Special Meeting TY2013 Year End. Motion- Second- ( 2) Motion to approve Special Event on Public Land Application for a Millville Commnity Day and Block Party Street Festival & Movie Night sponsored by the Millville Development Corporation to be held on Sunday, September 29, 2013 Motion- Second- ( 3) Motion to amend the following Special Event on Public Land Application: Kickboxing on the River sponsored by Millville Recreation in Buck Park instructed by Kelli Everland of KelliFit changing the date from August 28, 2013, 6:00 p.m. to September 18, 2013, 6:00 p.m. due to weather conditions Motion- Second- Page 5 of 7 New Business ( 4) Motion to authorize the following Cumberland County Fairgrounds Event applications: a) Offroad Harescramble sponsored by Brian Hartem to be held September 28, 2013 from noon to 6:00 p.m. and September 29, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. subject to the approval of Traffic Safety and the Police Chief b) Outdoor Music Event sponsored by Wolfpack Productions to be held September 20, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight subject to the approval of the Cumberland County Health Department Motion- Second- ( 5) Motion to approve Social Affair Permit on behalf of Ukranian National Home, Hook Ave, Millville, NJ to hold a dance on October 26, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at the Ukranian National Home Motion- Second- ( 6) Motion to authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids to be received for the project known as "Two Dump Trucks with Plow and Spreader" with said bids to be returned to the Purchasing Board on October 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Motion- Second- Page 6 of 7 New Business ( 7) Motion to approve Bingo and Raffle Licenses on behalf of the following: Bingo a) Bingo License on behalf of St Mary Magdalen Regional School Alumni Association, 621 Dock St, Millville, NJ for bingo to be held on October 8, 2013 from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at St. John Bosco Church, 2 Hillcrest Ave., Millville, NJ b) Bingo License on behalf of The Parish of All Saints, 621 Dock St, Millville, NJ for bingo to be held on October 8, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. John Bosco Church, 2 Hillcrest Ave., Millville, NJ Raffle a) Raffle Licenses on behalf of The Parish of All Saints, 621 Dock Street, Millville, NJ for a Calendar Raffle and On-Premise 50/50 to be held on October 8, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. John Bosco Church, 2 Hillcrest Avenue, Millville, NJ Motion- Second- "We have now reached the public comment portion of our meeting.
