Pine Street, Placard #P727652 Motion- Second- Ordinances 2nd Reading Ordinance No. ( 1) Ordinance amending the Municipal Code of the City of Public Hearing Millville, Chapter 8, Animal Control, Article II, Feral Cat Program, Section 8-30, Sunset Provision - deleting Sunset Provision and reserving Section 8-30 Motion- Second- Resolutions Resolution No. R265-2013 ( 1) Resolution authorizing adjustments to the City of Millville Tax and Utility Records Motion- Second- Page 3 of 8 Resolutions Resolution No. R266-2013 ( 2) Resolution authorizing the submission of six-month grant extension by the Governor's Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse for the period covering January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014 in order to transition the grant to a Fiscal Year rather than calendar year cycle for the Millville Municipal Alliance in the amount of: DEDR $16,850.00 Cash Match $ 4,712.50 In-Kind $12,637.50 Motion- Second- Resolution No. R267-2013 ( 3) Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the TY2013 Budget which is now available as revenue from the County of Cumberland: Municipal Alliance on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Municipal Alliance Program in the amount of $16,850.00 with the City matching funds in the amount of $4,212.50 Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R268-2013 ( 4) Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the TY2013 Budget which is now available as revenue from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection, Office of Coastal and Land Use Planning Municipal Public Access Plan Development and Coastal Hazards Assessment in the amount of $15,000.00 Motion- Second- Page 4 of 8 Resolutions Resolution No. R269-2013 ( 5) Resolution authorizing the insertion of an additional item of revenue in the TY2013 Budget which is now available as revenue from the New Jersey League of Municipalities (NJLM) Educational Foundation, Inc. 2013 Sustainable Jersey Small Grant Twitter Contest in the amount of $500.00 Motion- Second- Resolution No. R270-2013 ( 6) Resolution authorizing Professional Service Contract with Jerry A. Lewis Associates, 12 North Pearl Street, Bridgeton, NJ to provide landscape architectural consulting service for miscellaneous projects in the Streets and Roads Department and Parks and Playgrounds in an amount not to exceed $5,400.00 with the source of funding from the Municipal Budget OE Account Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R271-2013 ( 7) Resolution consenting to the proposed Water Quality Management (WQM) Plan Amendment entitled Block 4, Lot 1 in the City of Millville, Cumberland County, New Jersey also known as the Cumberland County Fairgrounds for the purpose of its incorporation into the WQM Plan Motion- Second- Resolution No. R272-2013 ( 8) Resolution authorizing Water/Sewer Termination on November 18, 2013 due to payment default pursuant to Section 56-18 of the Municipal Code Motion- Second- Page 5 of 8 Resolutions Resolution No. R273-2013 ( 9) Resolution authorizing Water/Sewer Termination on December 2, 2013 due to payment default pursuant to Section 56-18 of the Municipal Code Motion- Second- Resolution No. R274-2013 (10) Resolution amending Resolution No. R111-2012 adopted May 15, 2012, Professional Service Contract with Westfield Architects & Preservation Consultants, 425 White Horse Pike, Haddon Heights, NJ to perform professional architectural services in connection with the Capital Level I grant from the Garden State Historical Preservation Fund for Phase 1B Structural Stabilization and Stucco Restoration at the historic 1857 Millville Bank located at 2nd Street and Main Street for an additional amount of $2,880.00 with the funding for this contract from the New Jersey Historic Trust Grant #S-02-41-180- 001-228 Motion- Second- (Certification of Funds) Resolution No. R275-2013 (11) Resolution authorizing member participation in a NJEDge Consortium, which follows state procurement guidelines to acquire services including VMware software and support and will provide cost savings to the City on the purchase of VMware Licensing through its Enterprise Licensing Agreement (ELA) Motion- Second- Old Business ( 1) Report from Purchasing Agent regarding Proposals received on October 29, 2013 and October 31, 2013 for various Professional Services Contracts for 2014 Motion- Second- Page 6 of 8 Old Business ( 2) Report from Purchasing Agent regarding Purchasing Board on October 17, 2013 for the project known as "Rebid FY2014 Meter Reading Contract" Motion- Second- ( 3) Report from Purchasing Agent regarding bids received October 17, 2013 for the project known as "Maurice River Bikeway Trail - Phase IV" and recommending the award of contract to R.A. Broad Street, Millville Motion- Second- Page 7 of 8 New Business ( 2) Motion to authorize the following Special Event on Public Lands Applications: a) Millville Senior High School Spirit Parade sponsored by the Millville Board of Education to be held on November 27, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. beginning at City Hall and proceed North to Mulberry Street to Columbia Avenue and end at Union Lake Recreational Facility followed by a pep rally and fireworks display b) Annual Christmas Parade sponsored by the Greater Millville Chamber of Commerce to be held on November 29, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. beginning at Harrison Avenue and High Street proceeding south to City Hall subject to receipt of the State Highway Permit c) Jolly Holly 5K Run sponsored by the Millville Municipal Alliance Committee to be held on November 29, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., subject to receipt of the State Highway Permit Motion- Second- "We have now reached the public comment portion of our meeting.
