Present use of land is Rowan College South Jersey, Block 19 Lot 1 in a I-2 in an Interchange Mixed Use. Motion – SR 2nd – RC 3.5 Resolution #15-2021 Granted David and Bonnie Lynn Torpey Approval for a Technical “C” Variance and D-2 use Variance and Minor subdivision for expansion of a non-conforming use and conditional use located at 409 Hogbin Road in Block 52 Lot 123 in a I-3 Industrial Zone.
