1. Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from April 22, 2019.
Member Altoro moved approval, seconded by member Gould of the meeting minutes
from April 22, 2019. There was no objection.

2. 190131 Resolution approving the request for deviation from the performance
standards established by the Port of Milwaukee Development Incentive
Zone (DIZ) for the property located at 317 East National Avenue, on the
south side of East National Avenue, west of South Water Street, in the
12th Aldermanic District.
