Stats., for the purpose of conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved. Kovac moved that the FINANCE & PERSONNEL COMMITTEE convene into open session. Ayes: Hamilton, Dudzik, Coggs, Kovac, Murphy Meeting convened into open session at 3:04 p.m. 1. 131059 Communication relating to the unauthorized disclosure of City employee information by Dynacare Laboratories. Sponsors: Ald. Murphy This Communication was NOT ACTED ON 2. 131169 Substitute resolution relating to the suspension of the implementation of the outcome-based component of the City’s wellness program. Sponsors: Ald. Murphy Individuals appearing: Maria Monteagudo, Department of Employee Relations Michael Brady, Department of Employee Relations Ken Wischer, District Council 48 Michael Crivello, Milwaukee Police Association Al Jansen, Milwaukee Professional Fire Fighters, IAFF Local 215 A motion was made by ALD. KOVAC that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 5- Murphy, Kovac, Coggs, Dudzik and Hamilton No 0 3. Discussion and motion relating to establishing an investigation of the release of confidential employee information by employees of United/Dynacare, LLC and Froedtert Health including, but not limited, to the roles of Mr. Joseph E. Skrisson and Ms. Catherine Jacobsen. This item was not taken up by the Committee.
