Stats., for the purpose of conferring with the City Attorney who will render oral or written advice with respect to litigation in which the city is or is likely to become involved. Discussion and motion relating to establishing an investigation of the release of confidential employee information by employees of United/Dynacare, LLC and Froedtert Health including, but not limited, to the roles of Mr. Joseph E.
