WITKOWSKI that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye 4- Kovac, Hamilton, Perez and Witkowski No 0 Excused 1- Coggs 2. 151136 A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2016 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service.
