Sponsors: THE CHAIR Individuals appearing: Samir Amin, Dept. of Public Works Chad Chrisbaum, Dept. of Public Works Under the Vacancy Agenda, Schedule B - Fund Transfers, DPW-Infrastructure Services, Director Yaccarino requesting to amend by transfering $550,000 from Alley Reconstruction to High Impact Streets Program instead of Major Streets Funding Sources. Ald. Murphy requesting that LRB send communication to the Budget Office director it to examine DPW capital improvement accounts for any available unaccounted monies. Ald. Stamper moved to hold to the call of the chair the transfer of $550,000 from Alley Reconstruction for DPW-Infrastructure Services under the Vacancy Agenda, Schedule B - Fund Transfers. In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development, and/or Steering and Rules.
