APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA 1. R_12769 Approval of the minutes of the Regular meeting held on February 10, 2016. Sponsors: THE CHAIR A motion was made by Ricardo Diaz, seconded by James N. R_12761 Resolution approving the 2016 Capital Fund Program Grant in the amount of $5,467,349, Replacement Housing Factor Grant #WI39R00250116 in the amount of $822,362, and Replacement Housing Factor Grant #WI39R00250216 in the amount of $437,858 and the Five-Year Capital Fund Plan Sponsors: THE CHAIR A motion was made by Ricardo Diaz, seconded by James N. Witkowiak, that this Housing Authority Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Wagner, Mitchell, Witkowiak, Diaz, and Donald No: 0 Absent: 1- Reed Daniels Excused: 1- Van Alstine 3. R_12762 Resolution approving the write-offs of delinquent former resident accounts for various low rent public housing developments in the amount of $31,821.24 Sponsors: THE CHAIR A motion was made by Ricardo Diaz, seconded by James N. Witkowiak, that this Housing Authority Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Wagner, Mitchell, Witkowiak, Diaz, and Donald No: 0 Absent: 1- Reed Daniels Excused: 1- Van Alstine 4. R_12763 Resolution approving the write-offs of delinquent former resident accounts for the Berryland, Northlawn and Southlawn middle-income developments in the amount of $18,860.06 Sponsors: THE CHAIR A motion was made by Ricardo Diaz, seconded by James N. Witkowiak, that this Housing Authority Resolution be ADOPTED. REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. R_12764 Report from the Secretary-Executive Director Sponsors: THE CHAIR Adjournment There being no further business, Commissioner Witkowiak made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:55p.m. Commissioner Mitchell seconded the motion. There being no objections, the motion carried. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids. Although these accounts are written-off for accounting purposes, the City Attorney’s Office obtains judgments against all tenants evicted by court action. These judgments, and all unpaid final tenant accounts, will be sent to the Department of Revenue to intercept tax returns. 4.
