#WI39R00250116 in the amount of $822,362, and Replacement
Housing Factor Grant #WI39R00250216 in the amount of $437,858
and the Five-Year Capital Fund Plan

this Housing Authority Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by

3. R_12762 Resolution approving the write-offs of delinquent former resident
accounts for various low rent public housing developments in the
amount of $31,821.24

this Housing Authority Resolution be ADOPTED. This motion PREVAILED by
the following vote:

There being no further business, Commissioner Witkowiak made a motion to adjourn
the meeting at 1:55p.m. Commissioner Mitchell seconded the motion. There being
no objections, the motion carried.

2. R_12761 Resolution approving the 2016 Capital Fund Program Grant in the

This resolution will authorize the write-off of delinquent former resident accounts for the
period July 1, 2015 to September 30, 2015. Although these accounts are written-off for
accounting purposes, the City Attorney’s Office obtains judgments against all tenants
evicted by court action. These judgments, and all unpaid final tenant accounts, will be
sent to the Department of Revenue to intercept tax returns.
