Consider and take appropriate action to elect a vice chair. 2. Consider and take appropriate action to identify and discuss the functions and responsibilities of the airport advisory board. 3. Consider and take appropriate action to recommend approval of the drafts of a T-Hangar Lease, a Hangar Ground Lease and a T-Hangar Lease Addendum. 4. Consider and take appropriate action to establish a committee to prepare an airport use agreement for Texas UASWERX. 5. Consider and take appropriate action to move the existing pipe gate on Columbia Road to a new location near the gate to the airport water tower and add fencing connecting the gate to nearby existing fences. 6. Consider and take appropriate action to repair the fence section in front of Antenna Products facility on the heliport that was damaged by a vehicle. 7. Consider and take appropriate action to repair the blocked sewer line serving the main restrooms in the airport terminal. 8. Consider and take appropriate action to crack seal runway 17/35. 9. Consider and take appropriate action to repaint the numbers and dashes on runway 17/35. 10. Consider and take appropriate action to have a quarterly spray waxing of the T-38 aircraft mounted in front of the airport terminal building to help protect the aircraft from UV damage. 11.
