PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Mineral Wells, Texas will hold a public hearing on August 22nd, 2019 at 5:30 PM and the City Council of the City of Mineral Wells, Texas will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 211n, 2019 at 6:00 PM at the City Hall Annex, 115SW1 11 Street, Mineral Wells, Texas to consider testimony and act upon the following: An ordinance amending to the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivisions Regulation Ordinance and Building Codes to cause said ordinances to be in compliance with House Bill 2439, House Bill 3167 and kiouse Bill 2497, which bills take effect on September 1, 2019.
