PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-7 Applicant Alisha Alton is requesting approval of a projecting sign at 319 N Oak Ave, being Block 2, Sub 1, Lot 2 of G, Wigging Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-8 Applicant Daniella Acosta is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 6 ft. from the front property line and 2 ft. from the side property line in a SF-6 (Single Family Residential) District located at 1815 SE 19th St, being Block 8, Lot 7, Airflyte Addition Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BOA CASE 2023-9 Applicant Bill Jones is requesting a Special Exception in order to construct a carport to within 15 feet of the front property line in a SF-9 (Single Family Residential) District located at 805 & 807 SE 25th Ave, being Block 5, Lot 1A, Murco Heights Addition, Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON BSC CASE 2023-1 Consider and take appropriate action on the possible condemnation of a substandard structure owned by Juan Carlos and Blanca E Reyes at 509 SW 8th St., being Block 5A, Lot E60 of 1 & W5 of 2 & Adj 13x65 Street Closure.
