The Speaker Card must be given to the City Clerk before the meeting starts. The Council requests that comments be limited to three (3) minutes. The Texas Open Meetings Act provides the fol/0111i11g: (a) If, at a meeting of a gover11111e11tal body, a member of the public or of the govemmental body inquires about a subject for which notice has not been given as required by this subchapter, the notice provisions of this subchapter do not apply to: (I) a statement of specific factual i11formatio11 given in response to the inquiry; or (2) a recitation of existing policy in response to the inquiry. Hanks, et al. ; and b) Section 551.071: Consultation with City Attorney regarding a matter(s) in which the duty of the City Attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with the Open Meetings Act regarding: 1. Statutory annexation procedures, the effect of SB 6 and related matters. 6. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION: City Council will reconvene into open session to discuss and take action, if necessary, on Executive Session items. ( 2 8) 8. Consider resolution authorizing execution of Agreement for Professional Services with Jacob and Martin, LLC. for web based GIS system and website hosting. [ 35) 9. Consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Mineral Wells, Texas suspending the operation of the proposed rate schedules in the 2018 rate case filing of Texas Gas Service Company, a division of ONE Gas, Inc. '. 5 8 ) 10. Discuss and consider authorizing a bid solicitation for roof repairs to the Airport Downing Hangar. : 12 4 ) 11. Consider appointments to the Mineral Wells Community Development Corporation Board of Directors and the Planning & Zoning Commission. : 12 8 ) 12. Receive presentation regarding Economic Development Program in Mineral Wells. : 129) 13. Discuss and take possible action on Economic Development Task Force. : 13 O ) 14. Discuss and consider authorizing a Request for Qualifications solicitation for Comprehensive Economic Development Plan Services. 15. City Council discussion with Staff concerning any actions required by City Staff as a result of any item on tonight's agenda. 16. Adjourn.
