Box 387 Mineral Wells, Texas 76068 NOTICE OF MEETING - September 11, 2020 The Palo Pinto County Municipal Water District No. 1 Board of Directors will hold a Special Meeting at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, September 11 , 2020. On March 13, 2020, the Governor of Texas issued a Proclamation certifying that The COVID-19 pandemic poses an imminent threat of disaster and declaring a state of disaster for all counties in Texas. Thereafter, pursuant to such Proclamation and in accordance with the Texas Disaster Act of 1975, the Governor of Texas temporarily suspended various provisions of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, as amended , regarding the conduct of meetings of governmental entities as of March 16, 2020 . Pursuant to such Proclamation and temporary suspension, the Special Meeting will be conducted via an on line virtual meeting. Call to Order. II. Discuss/Consider/Take action to approve the minutes of the July 9, 2020 meeting of the Board of Directors. Ill. Discuss/Consider/Take action on financial statements for the fiscal year to date August 31 , 2020 and the Investment Report for the period ended June 30, 2020. IV. Discuss/Consider/Take action on the 2020-21 Budget and a Resolution for its adoption . V. General discussion regarding brush management project at the Copeland Property Mitigation Tract. VI. General discussion regarding the Brazos River Pipeline Crossing project. VII . The Board of Directors will hold an Executive Session , in which , pursuant to Section 551 .071 of the Texas Government Code, the Board will consult with the District's attorneys regarding pending or contemplated litigation and I or other matters under that section. VIII. Reconvene into open session, take action resulting from closed Executive Session. IX. The Board of Directors will hold an Executive Session , in which , pursuant to Section 551 .072 of the Texas Government Code, the Board will discuss the purchase, exchange, leases, or value of real property. X. Reconvene into open session , take action resulting from closed Executive Session . XI.
