PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2017-13 Applicants, Dale Steed and Price Surveying are requesting (A) a Final Plat of 1.782 Acres Tract of Land out of Section No. 5, T. & P. RR. CO. Survey, Abstract No. 1552, Parker County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1, of the Bronco Plaza Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Parker County, Texas, and (B) a Rezone of Lot 1, Block 1, of the Bronco Plaza Addition, located at 6500 Hwy 180 East from (HI) Heavy Industrial to (C) Commercial.
