PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING ON P & Z CASE 2018-11 Applicant, Randy Plyler is requesting a Rezone of a 1.497 acre tract of property, being Lot 1, Block 1, of the Jacks Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas, from (WP-A) Wolters Park Zone A to (WP-B) Wolters Park Zone B, to allow construction of a single family home.
