PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING ON P& Z CASE 2020-03 : Applicant, Mark Rawlings, is requesting a Rezone of the property located at 415 NW 4 111 St. , being Lot A of 4, Block 3 of the Wiggins Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas, from LB (Limited Business), to SF-6 (Single Family). PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2020-04: Applicant, Texas Renewables, LLC, is requesting an amendment to the City of Mineral Wells Code of Ordinances, Appendix B Zoning, and Article 3. Permitted Uses, Section 3-1 . Use of land and buildings., and Section 3-3 Definitions., to add the following use and definition to the City of Mineral Wells Land Use Table as a use permitted by a specific use permit in the WP-A (Wolters Park Zoning District Zone A): Protein Conversion Facility: A facility that converts waste from animal operations into an alternative form of protein that can be used as an additive in other products, such as pet food , or as an organic fertilizer. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2020-05: Applicant, Texas Renewables, LLC, is requesting a Specific Use Permit in order to operate a Protein Conversion Facility as defined by the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance in a WP-A (Wolters Park Zoning District Zone A) zoned district at the property located at 579 Grant Rd., being Lot: PT 10, Block 2 of the Wolters 500 IND Add ition to the City of Mineral Wells, Parker County, Texas.
