PUBLIC HEARING: PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2021-14: Applicant, Mike Tincher, is requesting the approval of a Final Plat of an 8.402 acres tract of land out of the Northeast ¼ of Section No. 46, (J.W. Dillinder Survey), Abstract No. 1577, and Section No. 39, Abstract No. 718, both in T. & P. RR. Co. Survey, Block “A”, E.O.B., Palo Pinto County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1, of the Valley View Estates Phase 2 Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2021-15: Applicant, Dale Strain, is requesting the approval of a Final Plat of a 1.780 acres tract of land out of the SE/4 of the T. & P. RR. Co. PUBLIC HEARING ON P&Z CASE NO: 2021-17: Applicants, Trafalgar Homes, and E.M.H. Cattle Company, are requesting the approval of a Preliminary Plat of an approximately 3.798 acres tract of land within the Fuller Millsaps Survey, Abstract No. 322, and being within the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas, and being that same tract of land described in the probate of the Estate of Louise Hilley, as recorded in Volume 122, Page 754, Official Public Records, Palo Pinto County, Texas, to Lot 1, Block 1, of the Alps Addition to the City of Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas. Discussion: Discuss and receive input from the Commission regarding the possibility of adding the listed uses of “Farmers Market”, and “Flea Market” as defined by the City of Mineral Wells Zoning Ordinance, as either Permitted Uses, or uses requiring a Specific Use Permit, within the CBD (Central Business District).
